Statement of Work (SOW)

To repair United States Coast Guard (USCG) Color Weather Radar components (NSN: 5821-01-522-5712, P/N: 7009330-911) to an airworthy condition suitable for installation on MH-60T aircraft.

• Evaluate received components to determine their condition.

• Repair components to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) functional performance specifications.

• Replace missing or defective parts with new, OEM-traceable parts.

• Address corrosion, which is considered normal due to the operational environment.

• Perform inspections and functional tests.

• Prepare and submit failure data reports for each repaired component.

• Maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001-2000 requirements.

• Components must be repaired and returned in airworthy condition.

• Repairs must adhere to OEM specifications and applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) advisories.

• Components must be tested and meet acceptance criteria.

• Components must be certified and tagged with appropriate documentation (DD Form 1574 or FAA Form 8130-3, Certificate of Airworthiness, Certificate of Conformance).

• Work to be performed at the Contractor's facility or a USCG-approved facility.

• Delivery timelines: Test and Evaluation within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt; Repair Color Weather Radar within sixty (60) days after induction.

• Contractor must maintain OEM certification for repairs.

• Serial number tracking is required for all components.

• A Component Repair Record (CRR) must be provided with repaired components.

• Contractor must have access to and comply with OEM Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and service bulletins.
