Quick Summary

The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) is soliciting repair services for two Command Levers (NSN 1680-01-HS1-9369, P/N 35-65232-0003) for the HC-144 aircraft. This combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ 70Z03826QL0000103) is anticipated to be awarded on a sole source basis to Airbus DS Military Aircraft, Inc. due to proprietary data. However, other responsible sources with the required technical expertise and capabilities are invited to submit quotations. Quotations are due by March 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Scope of Work

The requirement involves the inspection, repair, and overhaul of the specified Command Levers. Services must be performed in accordance with the latest OEM Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and the provided Statement of Work (SOW). Contractors are responsible for obtaining necessary OEM drawings, Service Bulletins, and specifications. Key performance standards include ensuring components meet manufacturer's functional requirements, are airworthy, and suitable for USCG aircraft. A Teardown and Inspection Report (TIR) and a Certificate of Conformance (COC) are required. The USCG will not provide drawings, specifications, or schematics.
