Amendment / Modification

• This amendment (0004) cancels the solicitation NAVMWR-26-R-0026, "Repair Community Recreation Center Bldg. 45 Renovation Project," in its entirety.

• The entire solicitation is canceled.

• All previous terms and conditions remain unchanged, except for the cancellation of the solicitation itself. No further action is required from offerors regarding this solicitation.

Amendment / Modification

This document is Amendment 0003 to Solicitation NAVMWR-26-R-0026 for the Repair Community Recreation Center Bldg. 45 Renovation Project. The primary change is the incorporation of the Pre-Proposal Conference agenda, minutes, and attendance list as Attachment A to the solicitation.

• Attachment A (Pre-Proposal Conference Minutes) is added to the solicitation.

• No changes to proposal deadlines, requirements, or evaluation factors are indicated by this amendment, other than the addition of Attachment A which bidders should review.

Amendment / Modification

• This amendment (0002) corrects a typographical error in the project budget amount previously stated in Section C-1.3 Project Information.

• The correct project budget amount is now stated as $4,400,000.00.

• Section C-1.3 Project Information (Project budget amount).

• The amendment does not extend the deadline for offer receipt. The offeror is required to return 1 copy of this document, signed, to the issuing office.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) modifies Solicitation NAVMWR-26-R-0026 for the Repair Community Recreation Center Bldg. 45.

• Pre-Proposal Conference Date and Time: The pre-proposal conference is rescheduled to March 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM CT.

• Access Information: Virtual access details for the Microsoft Teams conference are provided, including Meeting ID, Passcode, and dial-in information.

• Notification Requirement: Offerors must notify the Contracting Officer in writing of the names of company officials attending the conference no later than three (3) days prior to the conference.

• Section L-13.A (Pre-Proposal Conference) has been updated.

• Section L-13.B (Pre-Proposal Conference notification) is referenced for the notification requirement.

• The date and time for the pre-proposal conference have changed. Offerors must adhere to the new date and time and the notification requirement for attendees.
