To restore and test the 6-pair single mode fiber and 25-pair copper cable to the Dix Bowling Center, which were severed by a utility pole installation.

• Trench and remove old/damaged conduit.

• Install new conduit.

• Run new fiber and copper cables through the conduits.

• Terminate cables in the facility and at the street.

• Repair/fix damaged conduit sections and establish a new path from DMH-E2 to the pull box.

• Repair damaged fiber and copper cables, using existing and new materials as needed.

• Test newly repaired cables to ensure proper functionality.

• Provide all necessary equipment, cable, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision.

• All work must be performed in the most expeditious manner possible.

• The period of performance is 30 calendar days from the date of award.

• The job site must be left clean and safe at the end of each workday.

• Trash must be removed from the job site daily.

• Contractors must comply with TIA telecommunication installation and testing commercial standards and base installation standards.

• All equipment, supplies, and materials must be new and not refurbished.

• Contracted personnel and vehicles must be strictly controlled during performance of duty.

• It is strongly recommended that contracted personnel complete the DoD-approved Antiterrorism Level I Training (CBT).
