Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The goal is to modernize the existing Notifier fire alarm system at USCG ANT Dulac by replacing the obsolete control panel and associated components to ensure crew safety and property protection.

• Removal: Demolish and remove the old fire alarm control panel, power supply panel, detectors, and pull stations.

• Furnish & Install:

  • New fire alarm control panel and power supply panel.
  • 21 smoke detectors, 5 heat detectors, 4 duct smoke detectors.
  • 4 duct detector housings.
  • 8 relay modules, 2 control modules.
  • 14 mini-monitor modules, 6 monitor modules.
  • 6 all-weather conventional heat detectors.
  • Fire alarm cellular communicator with an external antenna.
  • Necessary wiring and materials.

• Services:

  • Provide annual fire alarm monitoring service.
  • Verify proper operation and testing of the new system.
