The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Upgrade of a Heat Plant Boiler at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to install a new high efficiency natural gas burner for a high temperature hot water (HTHW) generator, a new closed-loop cooling system, and combustion air inlet silencers at the heat plant at Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 31 December 2019, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
