Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary for site-specific roof repair and the repair of multiple HVAC systems. All work must strictly adhere to numerous federal, state, and local regulations, including Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Uniform Building Code (UBC), International Building Code (IBC), Air Force Standards, Department of Defense (DOD) Directives, Florida State Statutes, FDOT, Tyndall AFB Facility Excellence Plan, National Electric Code (NEC), OSHA, DEP, EPA, and ADA Compliance Requirements. The most stringent requirements apply in case of conflict. The estimated period of performance is 150 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
