Repair HVAC Base-wide

Tennessee Air National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the contractor to replace facility boilers and compressors in four (4) buildings as specified in the Statement of Work. Repair facilities B2890, B4625, 2886, and B2860 conditioned space by replacing the existing units; Replace 75 pounds worth of failing R-22 Compressors with high efficiency non-ozone depleting HVAC units in those same facilities. Each compressor and associated equipment shall include a new fan coil unit, associated copper piping, thermo-expansion values, solenoids, a new 2-inch insulated copper drain line including new insulation for all installed copper lines. Install required and proper amount of refrigerant, to properly charge and operate the system. In each building replace two boilers which include replacement of two circulating pumps, two motor starters for the pumps, two flow switches, four isolation valves, replace insulation to match existing insulation, two solenoid valves, six temperatures gauges and five pressure gauges. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 238220 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS: $19,000,000.00 IN AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS.
