All work must adhere to industry standards and manufacturer installation requirements. New materials (carpet tile, wall base, adhesives, paint) must be PFAS, Lead, and VOC Free. Proper debris disposal, dust control, and a minimum 1-year warranty are required. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are applicable.
