Scope of Work

Key Requirements

Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price contract with an estimated Period of Performance of 45 days from award. The estimated magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $150,000.00. The contract includes CLIN 0001 for Base Re-Roof Work (Lump Sum) and CLIN 0002 for Structural Roof Deck Replacement (Unit Price, estimated 500 SF). Liquidated damages are set at $1,726.00 per impacted building per day of delay.
Eligibility & Submission
This solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). Offerors must submit a signed and completed Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) / Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance, are: Price, Technical, Past Performance, Small Business Participation, and Proposal, with non-price factors combined being more significant than price.
