Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The objective of this work is to complete all required service and maintenance for the Liebert Unit ACCU2-1 and associated equipment located at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector New Orleans.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, and personnel to perform service and repairs on the Liebert Unit ACCU2-1. Key tasks include:

• Refrigerant Recovery and Leak Repair: Full recovery of Freon, leak identification, and system repair.

• Pressure Testing and Dehydration: Nitrogen pressure test, vacuum evacuation, and vacuum break with R-407C.

• Component Replacement and Charging: Charging the unit with up to 50 lbs. of R-407C refrigerant, replacing the VFD fan speed controller with a new solid-state controller, and installing the new controller.

• Commissioning and Testing: System startup, operational verification of the controller and refrigeration cycle, and site clearance.

• All inspections, maintenance, and repair will be performed in the presence of a Sector New Orleans, Facilities Engineering representative.
