Submission & Evaluation
This is a sources sought notice for market research; no award will be made under this notice. Interested prime contractors must submit a capabilities package including:
- Set-aside qualifications (e.g., 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, Small Business).
- Statement of intent to propose.
- UEI Number and CAGE Code.
- Evidence of recent similar experience (last five years).
- Evidence of bonding capability ($25,000,000 minimum). If a solicitation is issued, evaluation will use tradeoff procedures resulting in the Best Value to the Government. FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting will apply if set aside, requiring at least 15% of the contract performance by the company's own employees.
