Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) with repair services for applicable Part Numbers (P/N) and National Stock Numbers (NSN) for HC-130J aircraft components, ensuring they are returned in a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition to maintain USCG operational readiness.

• Repair components to RFI condition using applicable technical directives or alternate standards approved by USCG LRS.

• Supply all necessary parts, labor, and materials for repairs.

• Components must be returned in an airworthy condition, suitable for installation.

• Firm fixed pricing applies to all repairs, with separate pricing for Service Bulletins (SB) or Unusual Damage.

• Address corrosion as a normal condition, but not a basis for Unusual Damage determination.

• Repairs must meet or exceed technical directive specifications.

• Components must be certified airworthy and ready for field installation.

• Quality Assurance System required, including test component calibration.

• Primary performance at the Contractor's facilities or other USCG-approved locations.

• Required delivery dates will be provided in the order.

• Contractor must be an OEM Certified Repair Facility.

• Sub-contractors must also meet OEM certification requirements.

• Access to applicable technical directives and manuals is required.

• Environmental requirements for cleaning parts to remove hazardous dust (hexavalent chromium, cadmium, lead).

• Specific reporting requirements for receipt of components, unusual damage, and Beyond Economical Repair (BER).

• Airworthiness Certification (e.g., FAA 8130 or equivalent) and Certificate of Conformance (COC) are mandatory for repaired components.

• Use of the Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS) for reporting is required.

• Warranty: Standard commercial warranty is acceptable.
