Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide an acquisition vehicle for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) to maintain an inventory of Ready for Issue (RFI) components for the HC-130J aircraft, thereby enhancing the USCG's ability to perform its mandated missions.

• Repair services for applicable Part Numbers (P/N) and National Stock Numbers (NSN) of components used on HC-130J aircraft.

• Components must be returned in an airworthy condition and suitable for installation.

• Repair actions must be in accordance with applicable technical directives or alternate standards approved by the USCG LRS Contracting Officer.

• Contractor shall supply all parts, labor, and materials for repairs at a firm fixed price.

• Incorporation of Service Bulletins (SB) or repairs for Unusual Damage will be priced separately.

• Includes visual and technical inspection, and correction of deficiencies, including removal of corrosion.

• Repairs must meet minimum acceptable standards of performance to ensure an operationally effective system.

• Components must be repaired, calibrated, and operating in accordance with applicable technical directives.

• Quality Assurance System must be maintained to ensure repair services conform to Technical Orders or OEM specifications.

• Primary place of performance will be the Contractor's facilities or other USCG approved location.

• Delivery is dock to dock; no customs, duties, or import fees will be reimbursed.

• Contractor must be an OEM Certified Repair Facility.

• Documentation of OEM certification is required.

• Sub-contractors must meet specified requirements and be listed.

• Contractor must have access to all applicable technical directives and manuals.

• Environmental requirements for cleaning parts must be followed.

• Procedures for handling "Unusual Damage" and "Cannibalized Components" are detailed.

• Specific reporting requirements for receipt of components, Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), and Component Repair Records (CRR) must be met.

• Airworthiness Certification (e.g., FAA 8130) or equivalent is required for all repaired items.

• A Certificate of Conformance (COC) is required for each repaired component.
