This RFI is issued by the Government to conduct market research and identify potential sources with the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the repair of the F-15 Air Data Processor (ADP), NSN: 6610-01-432-8459FX, P/N: 2118952-5. The ADP monitors air pressure and adjusts engine inlet ramps, and is critical for F-15 mission accomplishment. The Government does not own the repair data or technical data for this item, which is manufactured to stringent Honeywell specifications.

• Repair services for the Air Data Processor (ADP).

• Contractor must furnish all material, support equipment, tools, and test equipment required for repair.

• Contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all test equipment.

• Contractor-furnished material or parts must equal or exceed the quality of original parts.

• The ADP is a military-unique item and commercial items will not satisfy the unique requirements.

• The anticipated contract type is a five-year requirements contract (basic year plus four one-year ordering periods).

• The contract will continue into fiscal year FY32.

• Projected quantities are 60 each per ordering period.

• Support is required to meet current quarterly demand rates for field-level demand.

• F-15 aircraft support is required until approximately 2045.

• This is a market research survey, not a solicitation for award.

• Responses should include documentation supporting the company's capability in meeting the requirements.

• Companies should detail how they would overcome any lack of experience (e.g., teaming, subcontracting).

• Small businesses are encouraged to identify areas of work that could be broken out exclusively for them.

• Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged.

• Responses must be received no later than close of business Thursday, 26 March 2026.

• Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate.

• The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation.
