Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and expertise to restore three MEGA Door brand vertical lift hangar doors (two on building 1203, one on building 1201) to full, safe, and correct operational status. The scope includes:
- Comprehensive Inspection and Diagnostics: Identify the source of metal shavings, provide a detailed report of findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Corrective Maintenance and Repair: Perform all necessary repairs, which may include component replacement, realignment, and lubrication. All replacement parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) from MEGA Door (ASSA ABLOY) or an equivalent that meets or exceeds OEM specifications.
- Preventative Maintenance and Servicing: Conduct a full preventative maintenance service on each door as recommended by the manufacturer.

Site Visit & Submission

Base access requires Star ID or Passport; vehicles will be searched, and firearms are prohibited. Proposals are due by June 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time, submitted to Mr. Stephen Shanks.
Evaluation & Award
Proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance (relevant and current within 5 years on similar projects) and Price (reasonableness). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, considering both factors.
Special Requirements
- Security: Contractor employees performing on-site must comply with installation access policies, background checks, and personal identity verification (HSPD-12, FIPS PUB 201). AT Level I awareness training is required within 10 days of contract start.
- Payment: Payments will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
- Telecommunications: Offerors must address the prohibition on acquisition of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
