  • Comprehensive Inspection and Diagnostics: Identify the source of metal shavings, provide a detailed report of findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Corrective Maintenance and Repair: Perform all necessary repairs, which may include component replacement, realignment, and lubrication. All replacement parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) from MEGA Door (ASSA ABLOY) or an equivalent that meets or exceeds OEM specifications.
  • Preventative Maintenance and Servicing: Conduct a full preventative maintenance service on each door as recommended by the manufacturer.

Special Requirements

  • Security: Contractor employees performing on-site must comply with installation access policies, background checks, and personal identity verification (HSPD-12, FIPS PUB 201). AT Level I awareness training is required within 10 days of contract start.

  • Telecommunications: Offerors must address the prohibition on acquisition of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
