• Quality Assurance System: Required for both the contractor and subcontractors.
• Purchase Order Requirements: Specifies shipping address, F.O.B. Destination, inspection/acceptance at destination, and requirements for full and clear traceability.
• Material Inspection and Receiving Report (MRR): DD Form 250 or commercial shipping document required.
• Packing, Marking and Preservation: Compliance with ASTM-D3951-15 and best commercial practices.
• Quality Assurance: Immediate notification of any defects or non-airworthy conditions.
• Warranty: Standard commercial warranty is acceptable.
• Required Documentation: Certificate of Airworthiness or Equivalent, Certificate of Conformance (FAR 52.246-15), and PMA documentation may be required.
• Payment Instructions: Invoices to be submitted IAW FAR 52.212-4 to the designated billing office, with electronic submission encouraged.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Repairs must be IAW applicable technical directives and latest change revisions.

• Corrosion is expected and must be addressed according to technical directives and FAA Advisory Circular 43-205.

• Components must be certified as airworthy and suitable for installation on USCG aircraft.

• The primary place of performance will be the Contractor's facilities or other USCG-approved locations.

• Required delivery dates will be provided in the order; turn-around time is a key factor.

• The Contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Certified Repair Facility.

• Sub-contractors must also meet OEM certification requirements.

• A Quality Assurance System is required.

• Environmental requirements include cleaning parts to be free of hazardous dust (hexavalent chromium, cadmium, lead).

• Specific documentation is required, including a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and Component Repair Records (CRR).

• The Contractor must utilize the Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS) for reporting.

• Handling of "Unusual Damage" and "Beyond Economical Repair" (BER) components has specific reporting and disposition procedures.
