Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To repair Irrigation Well 2 by replacing the pump, installing a steel liner, and adding gravel to the annulus. The goal is to stabilize the original well casing, prevent further gravel entry, restore maximum production and efficiency, and extend the well's service life.

• Repair Irrigation Well 2, which has a failing pump due to gravel accumulation and a 16-inch casing with holes.

• Install a new 20 hp pump capable of ~180 gpm at 340 ft TDH.

• Install a steel liner consisting of 280 feet of 8-inch carbon steel casing and 60 feet of 8-inch stainless steel screen with 0.035-inch slots.

• Add gravel of appropriate size (e.g., #1 Fine Garden City, pea-size) to the annulus between the liner and original casing.

• Install a 480-120/240 2 KVA transformer rated for outdoors.

• Install a circuit breaker enclosure and four 120 V outlets rated for outdoors.

• Bail the well to a depth of 340 feet to remove accumulated gravel.

• Utilize existing 4-inch steel column pipe sections totaling 326.5 feet.

• Set the top of the pump at 326.5 feet and the bottom of the motor at 334.5 feet.

• The COR will inspect operation of the well before accepting all work.

• The COR will inspect work upon completion and approve if done according to the SOW.

• Work to begin around May 1, 2026.

• Work to be completed within 30 days of contract award.
