Work must be performed at the contractor's facility or a USCG-approved facility, requiring access to necessary CMMs, specifications, and OEM procedures. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent, and hold FAA or EASA Part 145 Certified Repair Facility, OEM, and/or USCG SRR Engineering approved status.
