This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Five (5) Requirements Type Contract with a Basic year plus Four-one year ordering periods and One-six month extension with Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for the Repair of the AN/ACQ-7 and AN/ASK-7.
This is a limited source procurement, the Government intends to solicit Symetrics Industries, LLC 1615 West Nasa BLVD Melbourne, FL, 32901-2613 (CAGE Code 22830). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1): Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
