Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the compliant and responsible quoter offering the best value to the Government, considering both price and non-price factors. Non-price factors are slightly more important than price.
- Delivery Terms: Offerors must provide a detailed production plan for repair and reconditioning, including delivery timeframe (X weeks after PO receipt). Faster/earlier delivery is favored. Penalties for late delivery include 2% for the first 14 days and an additional 5% for every 30 days thereafter.
