Statement of Work (SOW)

To repair USCG aircraft Radar Receivers (NSN: 5841-01-HS3-6729, P/N: 69003810-101) to an airworthy condition suitable for installation on MH-60T aircraft.

• Evaluate received components to determine their condition.

• Repair components to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) functional performance specifications.

• Components will be repaired for specific faults noted on DD Form 1577-2 or CG-1577-A tags.

• Perform inspections and correct all deficiencies, including replacing missing/broken parts and removing foreign matter or corrosion.

• Disassemble components as necessary to remove corrosion, replacing parts unless corrosion removal does not impair efficiency or safe operation.

• Repair services to be performed at the Contractor's facility or a USCG-approved facility.

• Use OEM repair manuals or best commercial business practices if applicable manuals do not cover a procedure.

• Reuse serviceable parts; replace defective or required parts with new parts with OEM traceability.

• Corrosion is anticipated and considered normal due to the operational environment.

• Repairs must be performed in accordance with OEM specifications and procedures.

• Components must be returned in an airworthy condition.

• Quality system must comply with ISO 9001-2000 requirements.
