Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform repair and replacement of Roll Up Door systems components at Buildings 3424 and 3379, Hawaii Air National Guard Campus, JBPHH, Hickam AFB, HI.

• Building 3424: Complete repair of two (2) Roll Up Doors. This includes full replacement of the motor operator for Door #10 and conversion of automatic Door #6 to a manual chain-hoist operation.

• Building 3379: Complete demolition and replacement of a severely degraded, inoperable 12' x 14' overhead coiling door on the Mauka side.

• All work must comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer recommendations.

• Contractor personnel must possess the State of Hawaii minimum required level of training and provide proof of license/certification.

• Coordination with the 154 Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) is required for site access and hazardous materials.

• Period of Performance (PoP): 90 days, estimated from September 30, 2026, to December 28, 2026.

• Place of Performance: Buildings 3424 and 3379 at the Hawaii Air National Guard Campus, JBPHH, Hickam AFB, HI.

• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 0700-1600, excluding recognized US holidays.

• Personnel Qualifications: Employees must possess required licenses for Roll up Door systems technicians in Hawaii. The Government does not provide training.

• Installation Access: Contractor personnel require base identification and vehicle passes. Background checks are mandatory. Antiterrorism Awareness Level I training is required for all personnel requiring installation access.

• Quality Control: Contractor must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Reporting & Documentation: Includes Pre-Work Submittals (Installation Plan & Schedule, Material Submittals) and Post-Work/Closeout Submittals (Preventive Maintenance Schedule, O&M Manuals, Drawings, Discrepancy Cost Estimate, Warranty Documentation).

• Warranty: A 1-year workmanship warranty is required, along with securing manufacturer and supplier warranties.
