• Remove the entire damaged rollup door, including curtain, motor, and rails.

• Install a new motor-operated steel rolling door and associated equipment.

• Provide scissor/JLG support as needed for the work.

• Perform an operational check on the new door to ensure proper function.

• Adhere to Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and NNSY Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE) Program Manual.

• Contract begins on or around February 12, 2026.

• Contract ends when replacement is completed satisfactorily, within 364 days of award.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.
