Scope of Work

- Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E): Visual, mechanical, and electrical testing to determine condition, identify repair needs, and report findings for four units.
- Repair: Full repair and replacement of failed parts, cleaning, configuration, refinishing, and testing to meet original specifications for four units.
- Data Deliverables: Provision of Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) data, Repaired Item Inspection Reports (RIIR), Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP), and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) as per DD Form 1423.
- Compliance: Adherence to Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking requirements (MIL-STD-130), stringent military packaging standards (MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL-STD-129, ISPM 15 for wood packaging), and a Counterfeit Prevention Plan.
- Asset Tracking: Mandatory use of the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV AF) system for daily reporting and tracking of government-owned assets.
