Submission Requirements
Interested concerns must provide a written notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor. Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum and must include:
- A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor.
- A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form (attached). This form requires company information (Name, SAM-registered Address, CAGE Code, DUNS), socio-economic status, SAM registration confirmation, and bonding capability (e.g., $1M, $5M, $10M, $25M, or $50M).
- A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, detailing type, dollar value, contract number, location, point of contact, and prime/subcontractor status.
- A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel.
- A letter from your surety detailing maximum bonding capacity per project.
