• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror representing the best value. Technical acceptability requires proof of FAA certification, OEM, or Air Force approval for services. Repairs must adhere to the OEM Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and Statement of Work (SOW).

• Sole Source Anticipation: It is anticipated that the award will be made on a sole source basis to Airbus DS Military Aircraft, Inc. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation.

• Delivery: Delivery is required within ninety (90) days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to Elizabeth City, NC. Early and partial deliveries are desired and accepted.

• Technical Acceptability: Evaluated as "acceptable" or "unacceptable." Requires proof of FAA certification, OEM, or Air Force approval.

• Price: Lowest priced, technically acceptable offer will be selected.

• Capability Requirement: Vendors repairing/overhauling/modifying Coast Guard aircraft components must be FAA 145 certified and perform at least 50% of the work at their own FAA-certified facility. • Reporting: A Teardown and Inspection Report (TIR) is required, detailing parts, labor, and other charges. A copy must be provided to the KO within five calendar days of inspection.

• Turn-Around-Time (TAT): Ninety (90) days after receipt of material (ARM). Earlier delivery is desired if no extra charges apply.

• Quality System: Contractor must be ISO 9000 compliant or have a quality system acceptable to the USCG.
