- Repairing the East Wall of the South Quay Wall with an interim stone berm, addressing voids and a sinkhole.
- Restoring the North Rip-Rap Revetment.
- Repairing sinkholes/voids in the west parking area behind the North Revetment, including demolition, backfill, and paving.
- Removing and replacing the existing fence at the top of the North Revetment.
- Recoating guide piles, replacing a broken cleat, and installing sacrificial anodes for the Wave Screen.
- Installing a new timber floating dock to replace a previously damaged concrete dock.
Optional Bid Item 1: Providing a riprap revetment as an extension to the west end of the existing South Quay Wall. Optional Bid Item 2: Installing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pile sleeves on existing steel piles.
All work must comply with project specifications (PSN 16654142), drawings, and all local, State, and Federal Codes, including the Buy American Act.
