• Office Painting: Prepare surfaces, including patching minor imperfections and sanding. Apply one coat of primer and two coats of off-white, low-VOC eggshell finish paint. Touch up trim as needed. Ensure uniform color and finish. Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures, and clean up thoroughly after completion.

• Closeout Documentation: Provide all required closeout documentation, including warranty information, maintenance manuals, and a final project report. As-built drawings or documentation if applicable.
