Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically in PDF or Excel format. Evaluation will be based on three factors: Technical capability, Price, and Past Performance. Performance Requirements
The contractor must employ only fully qualified Field Engineers and Technicians. Performance standards include responding by telephone within two hours of notification (M-F, 0800-1600) and providing on-site support within one business day. Replacement parts and materials for repairs must be maintained within two business days. Written or electronic Field Service Reports detailing service performed and equipment serviced are required within 72 hours of service completion.
Special Requirements
Offerors must comply with sustainable acquisition requirements. The contractor will need to obtain and maintain Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) access and report to the Material Management Department for visitor badges. All parts and supplies must be new, and OEM approved lubricants are required. Commercial warranties on replacement parts must be extended.
