Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To repair and replace traffic light controls and cameras at two intersections on Little Rock Air Force Base (Arnold Drive at Cannon West and Arnold Drive at Arkansas Drive) to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.

• Provide qualified personnel, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, and materials.

• Repair/replace traffic light controls and cameras at the specified intersections.

• Install a fully operational traffic signal with camera switch for camera control at each intersection.

• Train Civil Engineering (CE) personnel on system programming, use, and maintenance.

• All work must comply with Federal, State, and local regulations, codes, and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

• Work must be completed within 30 days of material arrival.

• Contractor is responsible for all necessary materials, including wiring, connectors, nuts/bolts, brackets, ground rods, and cables.

• The system must be fully operational and accurately read traffic at the 4-way intersections.

• The system must be compatible with existing controls, in similar design, and capable of operating closed loop.

• The system must be programmable by technicians with training.

• Place: Arnold Drive at Cannon West and Arnold Drive at Arkansas Drive, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099.

• Period: Work to be accomplished within 30 days of material arrival.
