Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically in English to Islamabad-GSO-Contracting@state.gov by the deadline. Each email submission must not exceed 30MB; larger submissions require multiple emails. Required documents include SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information from Section 3, and Proof of SAM Registration.
