Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit Attachment 3: Contractor Information Form to Joshua Kaimikaua at joshua.j.kaimikaua.civ@us.navy.mil by the specified due date. Responses received after the deadline or without the required information will not be considered. This is for market research; no reimbursement will be made for response costs, and evaluation letters will not be issued.
Additional Notes
Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and comply with all Japanese laws. The U.S. Government will not offer "United States Official Contractor" status under Article XIV of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) for this requirement, nor certify employees as "Members of the Civilian Component" under Article I(b) of the SOFA.
