  • Replacing 6-inch branch take-offs with 8-inch take-offs, including volume control dampers and flexible duct.
  • Repairing roof curbs and roofs, and anchoring new AHUs according to UFC hurricane criteria.
  • Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) the completed system to ensure positive pressure.
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal codes (e.g., IBC, UFC, AFI, NFPA, NEC, ABA) and strict safety, security, and environmental regulations.
  • The contractor must obtain all required permits (DIG, BURN, CONFINED ENTRY) and provide manufacturer warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
