This document provides instructions for submitting offers for an acquisition evaluated under FAR 15.101-2 Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Danbury, is procuring services.

Offerors must complete and submit the following three items:

1. SF1449 (solicitation): Include Page 1, block 17a (Name, Email, UEI, Phone Number), blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c, and Page 4 with the amount filled in.
2. SF24 Bid Bond: This can be emailed, and the seal must be visible in the scanned document.
3. Technical Process Summary: A summary of the technical process to be used, in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Offers must clearly separate these three items; missing items will result in an unresponsive offer.
