Addendum # 1:  Site Visit Sheet attached

ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) is seeking offerors for Removal & Replacement of carpet and rubber wall base, and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product based on the attached Statement of Work (SoW).

This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Low Cost/Technically acceptable to the Government. 

The Government/AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government/AFFS cancels this solicitation, the Government/AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Site visit will be held on Friday November 14th, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. CST. Please see Statement of Work for base access requirements and RSVP with betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil and shannon.perry.1.ctr@us.af.mil. 

A Question-and-Answer form will be attached and will need to be used and emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil and shannon.perry.1.ctr@us.af.mil. All questions will need to be received NLT November 20, 2025 by 1000 CST. All Q&A's will be posted in SAM on Novemeber 25, 2025.

To be eligible for award, registration with the System of Award Management (SAM) must be current. To register or update go to www.sam.gov.

Proposals must be timely and refer to the attached Statement of Work and submitted electronically via email to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil and shannon.perry.1.ctr@us.af.mil NLT December 1st , 2025 10 A.M. CST. Quotes must be valid for 90 days. No late responses will be excepted or considered.

AFFS will be awarding this project on behalf of the Government. Therefore, vendor paperwork, reps and certs, supplier survey will need to be completed and returned to get the awardee set up in the accounting system. Please see Instructions to Offeror in the attachments.
