Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace carpet flooring at the U.S. Coast Guard Facilities Design & Construction Center (FD&CC) Seattle Detachment.

• Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision for the project.

• Remove and dispose of approximately 7,422 sq ft of existing carpet tiles and rubber wall base on the 26th Floor of the Jackson Federal Building.

• Clean and prepare the subfloor, ensuring disposal complies with GSA building requirements.

• Install new, client-specified carpet tiles and new 4-inch rubber wall base.

• Work will be coordinated with furniture removal and replacement schedules.

• All work to be performed by licensed contractors registered in SAM.gov.

• Installation of carpet tiles must follow manufacturer's recommended guidelines.

• A final walkthrough and inspection will be conducted upon completion.

• Location: U.S. Coast Guard FD&CC Seattle Detachment, 915 2nd Ave, Room 2664, Seattle, WA 98174.

• Period: Work to be completed within 120 calendar days from the award date.

• Hours: Primarily during normal working hours (M-F 0600-1700), with potential for after-hours work upon Contracting Officer approval.
