Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The purpose of this procurement is to replace chain nets on Port Operations (Port OPS), Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) floating foam-filled fenders. Several fenders have broken chain nets, rendering them unusable for ship berthing on the pier. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish this task.

• Replace chain nets on two (2) foam-filled marine fenders with large tire nets.

• Fenders are approximately 4.5M (Diameter) x 9.0M (Length), weighing 11 Tons each, with a 4.1 Ton chain net.
