Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Replacing four (4) vehicular barrier arm gate operators, two (2) sliding gate operators, and seven (7) swing gate operators.
- Providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, programming, testing, commissioning, training, warranty support, mobilization, traffic control, and incidentals for a complete and operational system.
- Ensuring equipment is commercial/industrial-grade, rated for high-cycle, continuous-duty operation, and suitable for coastal, high-humidity, high-salinity, and high-wind environments, complying with UL 325 and UL 991 standards.
- Providing 250 universal remote controls.
- The contract includes a base year of full maintenance (July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026) and options for up to five (5) additional years of monthly preventive maintenance, inspection, and on-call repair services.
