- Berthing Room 227: Removal of existing flooring and subfloor, investigation and repair of any subfloor issues, and replacement with approximately 317 Sq Ft of tile matching existing or a blended/different color with a border. General requirements include installing new tile trim, proper transition strips, undercutting doors, repairing/repainting damaged base walls, and providing two boxes of spare tile for future repairs.
