The generator enclosure must be aluminum, corrosion-resistant, fully weather-resistant, and Level 1 sound attenuated, with a factory-applied coating for severe corrosive environments.
  • Installation of a new grounding system and a new 3 phase, 60Hz, 208V, 400A, service entrance rated, open transition, automatic transfer switch with maintenance bypass.
  • New disconnect switch, power and control conductors, and conduit.
  • An above-ground, double-walled, stainless-steel, factory-fabricated sub-base fuel tank, UL 2085 listed, sized for 24 hours run time at full load, with manual fuel gauge and electronic overfill/leak detection system.
  • The facility, Building 372, must remain operational throughout the project, requiring careful sequencing of utility outages (electrical, HVAC, water, sewer, fire alarm, fire sprinkler communications) to occur after hours, on weekends, or Federal Holidays.
