Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing a Firm/Fixed pricing proposal for energy conservation measures (ECM) to upgrade lighting at the High Pressure Industrial Water (HPIW) facility (B-4400). The scope includes:
- Incorporating findings from a Preliminary Feasibility Audit (PFA).
- Developing comprehensive Design Documentation, including Photometric Drawings, Lighting Schedule, Electrical Site Plan, One Line Diagram, Energy Saving Calculations, Safety Plan, Preliminary Environmental Survey, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), and a Commissioning Plan.
- Executing Firm/Fixed Construction for the HPIW LED Lighting Upgrades.
- Ensuring compliance with NASA Standards, SSC Safety Procedures, NFPA codes (NEC), ASHRAE guidelines, IBC, IEEE standards, EPA, and OSHA.
- Implementing a commissioning plan to verify lighting system performance, equipment installation, operational checkout, and ensure lighting levels meet design for normal and emergency operations.
- Providing training for owner's personnel and complete O&M manuals.
