  • Developing comprehensive Design Documentation, including Photometric Drawings, Lighting Schedule, Electrical Site Plan, One Line Diagram, Energy Saving Calculations, Safety Plan, Preliminary Environmental Survey, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), and a Commissioning Plan.
  • Executing Firm/Fixed Construction for the HPIW LED Lighting Upgrades.
  • Ensuring compliance with NASA Standards, SSC Safety Procedures, NFPA codes (NEC), ASHRAE guidelines, IBC, IEEE standards, EPA, and OSHA.
