Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Disconnecting and removing the existing generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS).
- Furnishing and installing a new minimum 100 kW standby-rated, 3-phase, 120/208V, 60 Hz, natural gas generator.
- Installing a new ATS rated for at least 400A.
- Ensuring both generator and ATS enclosures are powder-coated aluminum, wind-rated to 180 MPH, and finished in dark forest green.
- Providing all necessary electrical connections, grounding, code-required modifications, commissioning, and full load testing.
- Delivering end-user training to park staff and submitting complete closeout documentation, including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-builts.
- Verifying gas supply capacity and system compatibility prior to installation.
