All signs must feature routed graphics, dado, and embedded full-color routed HDPE plastic arrowheads where specified, and include mounting hardware. Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted electronically to Tara_Clark@nps.gov. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. Bidders must provide a registered Unique Entity Identifier (UEI#) and references of applicable experience. Fabrication cannot begin until shop drawings and samples are approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Special Requirements
- Materials: HDPE Plastic (or COR Approved Equal) for signs. Architectural drawings also specify stone monolith bases and Western Red Cedar panels for certain designs.
- Graphics: Routed graphics, dado, and embedded full-color routed HDPE plastic arrowheads.
- Delivery: All signs must be delivered to 205 Fort Donelson Shores Drive, Dover, TN 37058. The park must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of delivery, and tracking information provided.
