• Isolating units, removing refrigerant, disconnecting and flushing lines.
• Replacing units with new, like-in-kind models per manufacturer specifications.
• Performing refrigerant leak tests, evacuating systems, and charging with virgin refrigerant.
• Filling systems with appropriate fluid and purging air pockets.
• Connecting new units to existing water lines and performing leak tests.
• Installing new thermostats and integrating units with the Metasys Building Automation System (BAS).
• Conducting operational tests and properly disposing of old equipment and debris. Work will be performed in an occupied building, requiring coordination and adherence to strict safety and security protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and DBIDS registration for installation access. Regular working hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

• Basis for Award: Lowest Price. The Government intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain the best terms.
