Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted to Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East, Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) Chinhae, Building #613, PSC 479, FPO AP 96269-1100. Offerors must complete and submit SF18 Pages 1 and 2. It is critical not to submit a cost breakdown; only the total price is required, and submitting a breakdown may lead to disqualification. Offerors must also provide their most recent Stock Change Certificate and a Certified Copy of Register. All quotations must be priced in Korean Won only. Award will be made to the quoter whose submission is most advantageous to the Government, based solely on price.
Additional Notes
A site visitation is scheduled for March 9, 2026, at 02:00 PM at the Main Gate of CNFK, Busan. Interested parties should inquire with the contracting office regarding attendance. Offerors must be registered in beta.SAM to be eligible for award. Failure to submit an EFT form signed by a Korean bank official will result in a non-responsive quotation. Funding may not be available at the time of solicitation, and offerors will not be reimbursed for proposal preparation costs.
