Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East, Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) Chinhae, Building #613, PSC 479, FPO AP 96269-1100. Offerors must be registered in beta.SAM.gov and all quotations must be priced exclusively in Korean Won. Award will be made to the quoter whose submission is most advantageous to the Government, primarily based on price. Failure to submit an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form signed by a Korean bank official will result in a non-responsive quotation.
