Scope of Work
The contractor will remove, relocate, and replace the existing grease trap at B3201 Crossroads Dining Facility with a new 90-gallon static holding capacity, 75 GPM, stainless steel grease interceptor (or approved equal), to be relocated to the exterior of the facility. Additionally, all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area must be demolished and replaced to match existing. The contractor is required to field verify all dimensions, utility line locations, and site conditions prior to commencing work. Performance must adhere to prevailing industry standards, manufacturer's instructions, and applicable codes including OSHA, AFOSH, EPA, and COE Safety & Health Manual EM 385-1-1. Environmental compliance, including proper disposal of hazardous waste and green purchasing policies, is mandatory.
