Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials for replacing the backflow preventer that leads to the fire hydrants for CGC PATOKA in Greenville, MS.

• Remove the existing Watts 909 6" backflow preventer.

• Replace with a Wilkins 375 AST 6" backflow preventer or equivalent.
