Scope of Work
The requirement is for the acquisition, delivery, and installation of five (5) CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Automated Flash Chromatography Systems. Key specifications include:
- Five (5) CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Automated Flash Chromatography Systems.
- Five (5) Adjustable Solid Load Cartridge Caps.
- Two (2) systems must include Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) Units.
- Systems must feature a UV detector (200-400 nm) with PeakTrak software, flow rate of 1-300mL/min, and a pressure limit of 300psi.
- Automated solid load injection valve, RFID rack/column read, and active solvent level sensing.
- Compatible collection racks (117V and 234V).
- Installation of all units at NCATS.
- Trade-in of five (5) existing obsolete CombiFlash systems.
- Shipping and installation of all new systems and accessories.
